Job Description

Join our Texas Roadhouse family as a Service Manager! We are looking for a legendary individual to oversee all Front of House operations, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests. As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage the Front of House employees on a daily basis, driving sales, satisfaction, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance.
  • Control liquor orders, costs, and enforce applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through feedback and coaching.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and participate in employee hiring processes.
  • Create a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, incentives, and upholding operational goals.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
