Job Description
We are looking for a talented Tire Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the tire manufacturing process, focusing on tire design, construction, testing, and performance to meet the specific needs of our target applications.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental tire building specifications and conduct controlled builds.
- Analyze test tire sections to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance.
- Develop production tire building specifications and coordinate testing processes.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers on material evaluation programs.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate effectively with peers and management.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical from an accredited university.
- 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent education and training.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for tire design and manufacturing processes.
