As a Universal Banker at Our Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer transactions, offering banking products, and ensuring a positive banking experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various banking transactions and inquiries.
• Open new accounts and provide support for online and mobile banking services.
• Cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs and deepen client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business development goals.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-key by touch is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and minimize risks to the bank.
