VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Real Estate Development and Marketing to join Parker Ranch Inc. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior executive role involves maximizing real estate returns and increasing lease revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic commercial mindset, exceptional soft skills, and strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the value of the land portfolio.
• Grow lease income through innovative marketing approaches.
• Oversee real estate development projects, focusing on master-planned communities and diverse product types.
• Manage net operating income targets and capital budgets effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with county and state agencies to facilitate development in key areas including housing and long-term care facilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development, specifically with master-planned communities.
• Deep understanding of real estate economics, land acquisition, and divestment.
• Proven track record in managing diverse product types like residential, commercial, and affordable housing.
• Excellent leadership qualities, with strong judgment and a passion for the Big Island and Hawaii.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships across different organizational levels.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 per year. Additional compensation and benefits may be available, including eligibility for an annual incentive program based on performance.
