1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory processes.

Shifts

We offer various schedules (A1, A2, B, C, D) to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load/unload merchandise.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork capabilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
