1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. The position requires the ability to perform tasks independently, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process enhancements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positivity, and resilience.
• Drive for success and organize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Perform physical tasks in varying temperatures.
