Job Description

Flexential is seeking an experienced Account Executive - Colocation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our colocation products and services to prospective customers in select data centers. You will play a crucial part in our business strategy by qualifying opportunities, designing solutions, negotiating, and closing deals while providing valuable input on market trends.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Promote Flexential's colocation products and services to prospective customers.
  • Generate leads and develop new sales within targeted data centers.
  • Maintain sales activity to fill the forecast pipeline.
  • Close sales in accordance with assigned monthly quotas.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and document the sales process.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with networking partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in managing the sales process.
  • Success in a team-selling environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency.
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving marketplace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of successful acquisition sales experience.
