Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join Flexential, a leading Colocation Company. As a Data Center Specialist, Sales, you will play a pivotal role in presenting and selling our colocation products and services to potential customers in selected data centers. This position involves prospecting, qualifying opportunities, designing tailored solutions, negotiating deals, and contributing valuable insights to the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote colocation products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and develop new sales within the region.
- Maintain sales activity levels to meet monthly quotas.
- Facilitate the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to support the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for opportunity management and documentation.
- Manage the contracting process for Master Service Agreements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with networking partners and channel partners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing sales processes with senior-level executives and departmental staff.
- Demonstrated success in team selling with Subject Matter Experts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to market changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of successful acquisition sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

Salary Information
Annualized salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, tied to personal and company performance.
