Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with a group of seniors and their families, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Monitor residents' condition and recommend necessary adjustments in care.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure the community's compliance with safety regulations and enhance residents' dining experience.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities to promote their well-being.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
