Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and features with high quality.
- Provide guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Application Engineers to ensure project success and growth.
- Influence team commitments and lead technology communities within Discover.
- Remediate issues and create proactive design solutions to ensure product reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Internal candidates must have a technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus engineering scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React Native (or React JS), Redux, and Frontend application frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and software testing.

Compensation
Base pay ranges from $86,500.00 to $146,100.00, with additional incentives and benefits based on eligibility and experience.
