Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM to join Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will manage the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identify root causes and impacts, minimize future impacts, and document actions taken to resolve issues. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate risks as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle of assigned problems, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
  • Work with business partners to maintain service level agreements and ensure quality documentation.
  • Identify process improvements and mentor Service Support Specialists if assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.
