Area Manager, Critical Infrastructure

Job Description

We are looking for an Area Manager in Critical Infrastructure to lead the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for our data center(s), ensuring mission-critical uptime of 99.999% or higher. As the Area Manager, you will oversee a team, provide technical guidance, and drive cross-functional efforts to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operation and maintenance of all mission-critical equipment for 24x7 uptime.
• Lead and coach a team of managers, engineers, and contributors.
• Identify and implement improvements for operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain facility performance reports and SOPs.
• Conduct facility tours and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in a critical infrastructure environment.
• Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Military or trade experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 5+ years of data center experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift 50lbs.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Base Pay Range

• Estimated annual salary range: $112,700 - $145,400.
