Athletic Trainer

Job Description
ATI Physical Therapy, a leading provider of athletic training services, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our exceptional Sports Medicine Team. This position provides skilled care to affiliate athletes at High school and Collegiate levels, including preventative interventions, injury assessment, and return-to-sport readiness, in collaboration with affiliate Athletic Directors, Coaches, and Physicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite comprehensive and coordinated care for athletes, including preventative solutions/interventions, sport enhancement training, sideline support, and rehabilitation.
- Assist and monitor the rehabilitation treatment plan specific to the athlete and injury.
- Independently manage the relationship with the affiliate by maintaining a positive work atmosphere and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate in-clinic rehabilitation transitions with ATI's PT/OT services to facilitate safe and timely return to sport.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Master's Degree preferred.
- State licensure and Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
- BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC.
- Exceptional communication and coachability preferred.
