Hours: Availability needed 5:30am - 10:00pm M-F

Job Description

Thrive as an Occupational Health Nurse providing medical surveillance, physicals, injury care, and critical risk and health assessments within client locations. Execute program protocols, support LOA management, and provide preventative services and education to employees, including job coaching and workstation assessments.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, conduct risk and health assessments, and provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Execute emergency response protocols, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, and restriction management.
Prepare reports related to ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA.

Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree
Required License or Certificate: Licensed/certified LPN or RN
Preferred License or Certificate: Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)
Required Experience: 2 years providing occupational health services or related experience
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft programs, ability to develop professional relationships, execute on performance goals, work with personnel, present to groups, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
