We are currently seeking a dedicated Bakery Manager to lead our Bakery Department and ensure top-quality products and exceptional customer service for all Kennie's customers. As a Bakery Manager, you will work closely with Store and Administrative Management to achieve departmental goals and create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED).
• 2-4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to manage financial aspects including expenses, inventory, and pricing.
• Experience in maintaining product quality, display, and rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department.
• Maintain control over expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and pricing accuracy.
• Supervise bakery displays, merchandising, and sales trends.
• Maintain a sanitary department environment.
• Oversee and train Bakery Department employees.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments for sales promotions.
