As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized assistance and care to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development and execution of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Contribute to a hospitality-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
