Job Description

Join Sunrise Senior Living as a Caregiver and make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure community compliance with OSHA requirements and Risk Management programs.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication skills and good judgment.
• 18 years of age or older.
