Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers (HHA or CNA) to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in life enriching activities and multi-sensory experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Individualized Service Plans.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state.
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
