Job Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works alongside Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide direct care for patients/residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). This role focuses on enhancing patients'/residents' quality of life while ensuring compassionate and high-quality service to meet individual needs and rights.
Experience and Requirements:
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification are required
- Proficiency in the English language to ensure patient safety and respond effectively to medical and physical needs
