Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will contribute to nursing assessments, administer medications, and supervise patient care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, monitor condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing or as required by state practice.
