Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide efficient nursing care, evaluate patient conditions, contribute to care planning, supervise unlicensed staff, and administer treatments. Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
