Community-Based Therapist
About the Position:
A clinical adaptation of Multi-Systemic Therapy, MST-EA, offers intensive treatment for transition age youth with criminal involvement and behavioral health challenges. The Jewish Board seeks a therapist for its MST-EA team in NYC, responsible for assessment, treatment, and collaboration with clients and families. Weekly group supervision and training provided.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and exams.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Engage social networks in treatment.
- Facilitate home-based treatment.
- Ensure client safety and progress.
- Maintain documentation.
- Participate in trainings and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- License required.
- Experience with adolescents and therapies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Employment: Full-time.
Location: NYC boroughs, travel required.
Salary: $60,000-65,000
