Data Center Operations Technician 1

Job Description

Flexential is looking for a Data Center Operations Technician I to provide physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining professionalism, and following data center policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Facility and customer issues promptly.
• Document technical problems using the ticketing system.
• Assist in installations and maintenance of services.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of the Data Center.
• Support 24/7 operations and follow escalation procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in IT Support environment.
• Industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, MCP, or MCSA.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to work at heights and in cold environments.
• Able to lift heavy objects and install cabling.

Hourly Pay Range

The estimated pay range for this position is $19.33 - $29.00 per hour.
