As a Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing school buses to ensure safety and readiness. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and annual DOT maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle components such as brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions.
• Ensure accurate completion of work orders and assist with mobile emergency services.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain CDL while employed.
• 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience OR technical school education.
• Possession of a mechanic’s tool set and willingness to participate in the ASE certification program.
• Subject to a drug test.
