Electrical Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to join our dynamic team at One Way Wireless Construction Inc. As a key member of our electrical division, you will be responsible for sales, customer relationship management, estimating, bidding, and project management. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong collaborative skills, and a commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical customers.
• Estimate project costs and manage bids effectively.
• Pass awarded projects to the construction management team for completion.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations on projects and market trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful electrical project bidding experience.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Proficiency in Office 365, company software, and customer portals/spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel for customer contact and project estimating.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure build-out industry.
• Master Electrician certification or equivalent.
