Job Description: Traveling Landfill Construction Laborer

Morrow Renewables LLC is currently seeking a Traveling Landfill Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team at Tomorrow RNG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tools and equipment, loading and unloading heavy materials, and following directions to ensure efficient construction operations. This role requires 100% travel, physical fitness, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain construction equipment, tools, and machines.
• Assist equipment operators and skilled labor as needed.
• Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
• Move equipment and materials within the site.
• Excavate, fill, and compact earth as required.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and participate in safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work extended hours on the road.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Experience in construction environments is a plus.
• Hourly wage: $17.50 - $23.50 plus $100 per day per diem.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
