Responsibilities

• Lead the team in sales generation and exceptional customer service by building genuine connections.
• Maintain store presentation through stocking, remerchandising, and pricing activities.
• Inspire and motivate the team to exceed business goals and celebrate achievements.
• Contribute innovative ideas for business growth and development.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
