Estimator Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and quotes for customers by analyzing proposals and project requirements.

Estimator Job Duties:

• Gather and analyze proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Compute costs and resolve discrepancies.
• Present estimates and prepare work plans.
• Participate in bid and quote reviews.

Estimator Skills:

Key skills include analyzing information, planning, and attention to detail, among others.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with experience in reading blueprints.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Construction estimating experience and relevant degree a plus.
