KEI Outdoors is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager for the Temecula/Vail Lake KOA campground. Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests in the heart of Southern California. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our accommodations, ensuring top-notch service and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and inventory needs.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively with staff.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and hold a valid Driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingualism is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks efficiently.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
