Job Description
We are looking for an Incident Response Analyst I to join Flexential, an exciting tech company that values customer satisfaction and cutting-edge solutions. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the initial analysis, classification, and resolution of customer cases, ensuring a superior customer experience through effective troubleshooting and incident management.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Provide initial analysis and triage for customer calls and tickets.
- Communicate clearly with customers, setting expectations and providing timely updates.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance technical capabilities and processes.
- Resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Follow ITIL best practices and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Engage vendors for issue resolution when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Positive attitude with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in system administration, network, or database administration.
- Relevant certifications like Network +, Security +, CCNA, MCP, MCSA desirable.
- Proficiency with command line tools and troubleshooting techniques.

- Advanced keyboard usage and physical dexterity.
Hourly Pay Range
- Estimated pay range: $26.92 - $34.33 per hour.
- Final pay depends on experience and qualifications.
