Job Description

Levco Management LLC is currently looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our team at an apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in the apartment management industry to grow their career with us.

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and conducting apartment tours.
• Assisting in creating marketing strategies and posting advertisements.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and handling deposits.
• Managing move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
• Handling maintenance requests and work orders.
• Supporting with various administrative and property management duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry, preferably with lease-up experience.
• Individuals with retail sales or hospitality background who are willing to transition to the multi-family environment are encouraged to apply.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiency.
• Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
