Job Description
Rochester Manor is looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The LPN will work on various shifts - days, evenings, and nights. As an LPN at Rochester Manor, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
