Job Description
Rochester Manor is currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on day, evening, and night shifts. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
