Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for our patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Assess patient/resident conditions and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and implementation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
