Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care, administer medications, and ensure positive outcomes for patients. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
