We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at City Experiences in Chicago, IL. City Experiences is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences on land and water to millions of guests annually. As a Sales Associate, you will support the account manager team, from driving prospecting efforts to ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenues.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of regional vessels and products for effective selling.
• Attain weekly prospecting goals through client outreach to identify warm leads.
• Handle pricing presentations, objections, and post-contract follow-ups to drive revenue.
• Attend networking events to drive local market awareness.
• Coordinate event details post-sale and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for effective planning, management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ year of sales support or selling experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.
