Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients and residents, monitor their conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assist in administering medications and treatments.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
