Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
