Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Rochester Manor on days, evenings, and nights. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and improve patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
