Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare service provider. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
