Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain professionalism, and ensure strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care and maintain accessibility to patients.
• Stay updated on medical knowledge and collaborate effectively with other staff.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience.
• BLS training preferred.
