Maintenance Technician

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Downtown Seattle. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests promptly, providing exceptional customer service, performing preventative maintenance, conducting inspections, and handling emergency maintenance situations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and ensure a high-quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various property aspects.
• Collaborate with contractors for building maintenance needs.
• Handle emergency maintenance situations effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in painting and general maintenance tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
