Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager of Enterprise Security to join Flexential. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security, safety, and integrity of Flexential sites, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate should be motivated to tackle challenges, excel at multitasking, possess strong leadership qualities, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage in-house and contracted security staff.
• Act as a security subject matter expert for interactions with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage security budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot physical security systems.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing people, projects, and processes.
• Technical expertise in low voltage systems and access control.
• Experience in managing budgets and procuring technologies.
• Proficiency in reading site plans, networking, and security systems.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of network design and Genetec systems.
• Certifications in relevant IT hardware/software.
• Experience in access control and CCTV systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Walk or stand for 25% of the time.
• Moderate keyboard usage.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is estimated at $116,800 - $128,152, with additional variable pay based on performance.
