Job Description
Flexential is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Security to oversee the integrity and safety of company sites, assets, and personnel through the implementation and management of Enterprise Security services and best practices. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adept at multitasking, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and excel at managing security initiatives and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inhouse and contracted security staff and contracts.
- Act as a security subject matter expert for interactions with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage security budgets and expenses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
- Configure servers, workstations, and programmable components.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot physical security systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage security risks.
- Travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of managing people, projects, and budgets.
- Experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
- Proficiency in networking, low voltage systems, and firewall principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to obtain Genetec Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of project management experience.
- Experience with electrified locking mechanisms and Genetec systems.
- Proficiency in network design and Video Management Systems software.
- ASIS Certification and IT hardware/software certifications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, walk or stand for 25% of the time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Intermediate keyboard usage and limited travel may be required.
