Job Description

RuffleButts Inc. is looking for a talented Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to join our fast-growing children's apparel brand. In this role, you will oversee key accounts, e-tailers, and independent store wholesale businesses, working closely with internal and external sales teams to drive growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new wholesale opportunities.
  • Manage key account relationships and ensure KPIs are met each season.
  • Present seasonal collections to retail partners and coordinate order processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Wholesale Assistants and Sales Reps, focusing on team development and performance.
  • Utilize online wholesale platforms such as Faire and NuOrder to drive B2B growth.
  • Implement process automation to increase efficiency in sales operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and B2B platforms like Faire and NuOrder.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
  • Authorization to work in the US.

Location

DFW area preferred, in-office presence required at least 2 days per week.
