Job Description
RuffleButts Inc. is looking for a talented Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to join our fast-growing children's apparel brand. In this role, you will oversee key accounts, e-tailers, and independent store wholesale businesses, working closely with internal and external sales teams to drive growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new wholesale opportunities.
- Manage key account relationships and ensure KPIs are met each season.
- Present seasonal collections to retail partners and coordinate order processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of Wholesale Assistants and Sales Reps, focusing on team development and performance.
- Utilize online wholesale platforms such as Faire and NuOrder to drive B2B growth.
- Implement process automation to increase efficiency in sales operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and B2B platforms like Faire and NuOrder.
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
- Authorization to work in the US.
Location
DFW area preferred, in-office presence required at least 2 days per week.
