Job Description

We are looking for a Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner to provide the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Document medication administration accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Promote resident safety and well-being through risk management practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
• Previous experience in senior care preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• Passion for serving and caring for seniors.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in challenging situations.
