Job Description

We are looking for a Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medication and treatments, documenting medication administration, and providing quality care to our residents while upholding our mission to champion the quality of life for seniors. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident care communications, risk management, safety procedures, training, and contributing to team success.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, maintain required certifications, including CPR and First Aid, and possess excellent communication and decision-making skills. Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
