We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality care and services to a dedicated group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and personalized care.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident well-being.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe community environment.
• Provide exceptional dining experiences following Sunrise standards.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities based on their profiles.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
