Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Nursing Assistants. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety and compliance, and contributing to our residents' well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Assist residents with daily activities and individual care needs
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate with management
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management programs
- Respond to residents' dining needs with hospitality and service standards
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Prior experience with seniors preferred
