NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards and protocols, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for current standards of practice.
• Create a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Complete orientation according to policy/procedures.
